Role Description:
Work as a Management Consultant with clients to create Business Strategy and develop innovative
& cost effective Solutions for Multi-Channel Retailing. The Multi-Channel (Stores, Online, Phone,
Catalogue) Retailing Strategy and Solution will span across the following components:
• Business Strategy
• Customer Centricity
• Enterprise Multi-Channel Commerce Technology
• Operating Model and Organizational Change
• Performance Measurements
The role also involves identifying market & client opportunities for transforming existing multi-channel
sales & marketing capabilities based on customer insights, business growth, delivery cost optimization,
service convenience and technology development.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Experience & Skills
• You need proven experience of leading a large multi-channel retail program me or a portfolio of small
multi-channel retailing setups across the following sales & marketing channels – Stores, Online, Phone,
Catalogue, Direct, etc.
• Ability to advise clients on a range of business issues and credibility to gain buy-in for solutions
• Understanding of Change Management issues within large organization due to transformation
(e.g. outsourcing, shared services)
• Experience with relevant software or analytical tools will be an added advantage
• Inter-personal skills, Team and Project Management skills
• Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
Desired Experience & Skills
• Ability to interact with internal top management, clients & solution alliance partners
• Experience of designing / implementing e Commerce, Web, Mobile sales channel solutions
• Excellent presentation and business proposal development skills
Minimum Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institution
• Business Management Degree from a reputed institution
Years of Experience
• 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience (for Consultant level)
